And the woman was given two wings of a great eagle (to be carried by eagle wings means to be under protection of God. Look Ex.19:4, Deut.32:11), that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. (360 + 720+ 180 =1260 days =3,5 years of the government of Antichrist).

And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood («waters» in the Bible mean: a lot of people, here – many angels of the Satan, much tempting for Christian - believers). And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth (the angels of the darkness will be exiled under ground).

And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed (i.e. in a thousand years – about it a bit later), which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ ».

As we see, red dragon with 7 heads and 10 horns and there are 7 diadems on his heads – it is the Satan himself.

«And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, who is like unto the beast? Who is able to make war with him? » (13:1-4).

«The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition. And they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the Book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is… The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth (later will talk about her), and there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short time. And the beast that was, and is not, is himself also the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition. And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast. These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them…» (17:8-14).

Let's pay attention to what the beast with 7 heads, 10 horns and 10 diadems on them looks like.

Firstly, the beast comes from the sea, and the sea, as it was already told, means: the peoples. This is Earth government. Secondly, the beast reminds us the 4^th animal from Daniel's prophecy. Everything is correct, this is the same animal: the last empire, and at the same time it is different. The new details are given to us: this animal is similar simultaneously to leopard, bear and lion, i.e. those animals, which we also saw at Daniel. Now Daniel's vision becomes clear that the first 3 animals did not lose the authority even during the government of the 4^th beast («beast was slain ... As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away» (Dan.7:11-12), i.e. the authority was taken away from other beasts after the death of the fourth beast). Because the 4^th beast is international government, union, and all the 3 animals joined it, without losing their sovereignty.

The beast from Daniel's vision got 7 heads. And this prophecy has double application: it is correct both for the past (Roman Empire), and for the future (global international government). The Roman empire (the 4^th Daniel's beast) was as a matter of fact conglomerate of all world empires, and 7 heads are 7 empires ever existed on earth: 1-Egypt; 2- Assyria; 3- Babylon; 4- Medo-Persia; 5- Greece; 6- Rome; 7- Anglo-America.

From them when the vision was given to John, «five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short time », i.e. the first 5 empires had already fallen, Rome was in that time the empire, and the Anglo-American domination was far in the future. And, Rome was among these seven.

The beast of Revelation has the same main point: it is the association of many states. 7 heads should represent 7 members of the union, which have equal rights in government.
