The EU will stop playing the important role on world arena, the economy of all countries will be in agony, money will lose its value, all state structures will be destroyed, criminal will achieve unknown scale, and people of the planet will be in fear, despair and panic. And then the UN will take up the functions of global government. 10 members of the Council of the UNO, representing the whole world, will manage the destiny of the planet, but not for a long time: in total “one hour”. Then they will give the authority to the beast (antichrist).

It is told that the little horn (Antichrist) is different from other "horns", i.e. from the members of the world government. And the difference consists in the fact that it will represent not political power, as all the other members of the Council of the UN, but ideological authority, what today the Pope has. He will convince the world that the global accident was a consequence of the fact that people stopped loving each other; therefore it was necessary for God to punish people. By the speeches about love to each other, about rallying in one family he will attract to himself the hearts of the majority of people. But in his honey speeches there will be one spoon of tar: he will tell that God had sent him on Earth again with the Newest and only Commandment: to love every his creature, because without joining of all his creatures from different planets in the one family, without the general galactic brotherly love, the Earth can not pass to the new stage, and then all the people would die. To save the planet it is necessary to remove any spirit of counteraction: all those who are against such an association.

«And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all tribes, and tongues, and nations. And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world » (Rev.13:5-10).

If at Daniel the small horn is an ideologist, in the Revelation the above-stated words should refer not to the beast – the EU, but to a different beast: beast - ideologist.

“And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb (Jesus in the form of a lamb having 7 horns – in 5:6. Lamb's horns mean 7 Christian churches), and he spoke as a dragon. And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six» (13:11-18).
