«Well
now it is easier, now all idolaters will come to me»,
- the prostitute decided and filled the church with sacred statues,
icons, crosses, relics of the dead saints and others. «And
you see I can sell everything»,
- she was delighted of a new opportunity to become richer.
And in 1600AD church began the dirty business of selling medallions,
hosts, statues,
forcing people to think
that they can receive eternal salvation by carrying "the consecrated"
crosses and
medallions, by regularly visiting the church and eating the
"consecrated" host. But to change the hearts and minds through Jesus
blood it is
secondarily.

the book of Bernard Fresenborg
«Thirty Years in
Hell», 1903 (www.jesus-is-lord.com/thirty.htm),
the author, former Catholic priest, told about
"holy" business of the church. He told how the church announced
that some human remains are belong to some Catholics saints and
have improbable miracle properties, so at contact with these bones or
kissing them, the believers can recover from any sicknesses. “Remains of the
saints” brought good profit, and frequently there much more of them appeared,
than there were saints themselves. If the kissing of the bones did not help, it
was necessary to pay to the priest, that he would pray for the sins of the
suffering person. If it did not help also, it was necessary to double the
payment to the church etc.
If
a man lost something, a priest taught that it is necessary to address his pray
to St. Anthony. But before that it is necessary to pay to the priest that he by
praying would help to Anthony in the search. And the more money were paid the
faster the loss would be found. Then the believer needed to go to the
prayer-book of St. Anthony, where before the entrance there was a box for the
donations and many small candles. It was necessary to put money in this box to
pay candles, which St. Anthony needed for illumination of his way while the
search of the lost thing. Thus, candle business in church was always prospered,
and the lost things were frequently found by grateful parishioners, if,
certainly, these things had not been previously stolen by enterprising sextons.
«Who
subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's
sake» (Tit.1:11). Rome not only filled its churches with idols, but also
offered people to
pray to these idols! Creating
sculptures with the image of the dead popes, whom church after their death
announced saints, the church offered
to people to pray to these sculptures, that the dead
heard them and helped in the request asked before God. But the Bible
clearly lets us to understand that idols (without distinction, what name they
carry) is a service to demons (1 Cor.10:19-20).
“Those who deny that the saints enjoying eternal happiness in heaven are to be invoked, or who claim that saints do not pray for human beings or that calling upon them to pray for each of us is idolatry or is opposed to the word of God and is prejudicial to the honor of Jesus Christ, the one Mediator between God and humankind; or who say that it is foolish to make supplication orally or mentally to those who are reigning in heaven; all those entertain impious thoughts." THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF TRENT, TWENTY FIFTH SESSION, DECREE ON THE INVOCATION, THE VENERATION AND THE RELICS OF SAINTS AND ON SACRED IMAGES, 1560. "[The saints'] . . . intercession is their most exalted service to God's plan. We can and should ask them to intercede for us and for the whole world." CATECHISM OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH, § 2683, 1994.
These
official documents of the church completely clearly give us to understand that
the Catholic Church practices nothing but Satanism. The saints, about whom
Mother church speaks, are people who died. God
hates, when people address to the dead. “There
shall not be found among you …a charmer or a consulter with familiar spirits,
or a wizard, or a necromancer. For all that do these things are an abomination
unto the LORD” (Deu.18:11-12). «And
what agreement hath the temple of God with idols?» (2Cor.6:16). “The dead do
not praise the Lord” (Ps.115:17), speaks the Bible.
